Meet Our Staff

Mrs. Gianna & Mr. Tom

Mrs. Gianna has her bachelor's degree in early childhood education and her master’s degree in early childhood education and special education. She graduated from The College of Saint Rose with both her bachelors and masters degrees, in which she played Division II soccer. Mrs. Gianna is a NY state-certified teacher and taught in New York for eight years; yet, when she moved to Florida, she dove into the home education instructional style and never looked back.

She works alongside Mr. Tom in the learning environment. He has his bachelor's degree from Marist College. Mr. Tom has been Mrs. Gianna’s teaching assistant for two years. By combining their teaching experience with parental involvement and God’s ultimate guidance, they have successfully created a personalized learning environment that children and their parents love to attend.

Spiritual Development

All people are created by God, and in the image of God. At ENMS, we believe it is important for children to know and remember this daily. Children will learn and study different Bible stories throughout the year; in addition to memorizing scripture. We start every morning thanking God for waking us up, we pray before every meal, and we worship throughout our day.

Whole Person Philosophy

Every child is created in the image of God - to be a spiritual, intellectual, social and physical being. At ENMS, we employ a “Whole Person” philosophy that fosters growth in every area of the learners life. Our goal is to promote learning by responding to each child's interests and abilities, allowing them to deepen their natural curiosity and discovery of the world around them.

Social Development

Social development is a critical part of learning, which is why ENMS continually strives to equip learners with the necessary tools to develop the skills required to get along with others in their community. Learners are taught to recognize and respect God’s image in others, treating everyone with dignity, learning responsibility, loyalty, kindness, faithfulness, and fair play.

Eagles Nest Microschool (ENMS) is blessed to be conveniently located at the Eagle’s Nest Worship Center Campus.

Our building features spacious learning environments, multi-purpose areas, an auditorium, an administrative office, and a playground. The campus is equipped with climate-controlled thermostats to ensure comfort in every learning environment. ENMS employs enhanced security measures while students are in the building, in addition to security and check-in policies.
